Brillante Travel Services is a travel and education agent that is based in Baguio City, Philippines. It was created in 2015 by Minnie Brillante - Nullar after her long term experience in the travel and tourism industry.
When the company started, it focused more in local tours as well as travel packages to nearby Asian countries, then later became involved in visa processing.
